Influenced by my family of craftsmen, I developed an interest in creative activities from an early age, so it was no surprise that I eventually chose tailoring as my profession.<\/p>\n<p>My mentors were master tailors Ferenc Gyur\u00e1sz and Imre P\u00e1lffy, from whom I learned the intricacies of the trade. They were trained by masters who worked during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, so I feel great pride and gratitude in carrying forward their professional legacy.<\/p>\n<p>Theatre, Costumes, Equestrian Attire<\/p>\n<p>In 1995, I became the head of the men&#8217;s costume-making workshop at the P\u00e9cs National Theatre. This position allowed me to delve into the attire of various eras and styles. I enjoyed the creative theater work, where I could unleash my imagination and experiment extensively.<\/p>\n<p>However, after a few years, I decided to start my own business, feeling that this would allow me to truly fulfill my potential.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Every day, a little better&#8221; became my motto when I opened my own tailoring shop in P\u00e9cs in 1999, in a small 36-square-meter courtyard workshop on Ferencesek Street.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, most orders consisted of braided and traditional attire, including intricate hussar and other performance outfits. Over time, these were replaced by elegant, high-quality suit orders.<\/p>\n<p>My ambition was to create impeccably fitted, beautifully draped suits, like those seen in James Bond films.<\/p>\n<p>A significant advancement came when I started working with fabrics from the world&#8217;s leading textile manufacturers. Today, our tailoring shop boasts a unique selection of fabrics.<\/p>\n<p>I continually strive to improve the technology of craftsmanship. I spent years researching the most suitable internal functional materials and the best assembly solutions for each type of fabric, significantly enhancing the aesthetics, comfort, and durability of the finished pieces.<\/p>\n<p>As an innovative professional, I became interested in the possibilities of information technology, earning a technical instructor diploma from the Pollack Mih\u00e1ly Technical College in 2008. Gangel Tailoring was the first bespoke tailoring shop to offer our clients a 3D virtual image of their garments tailored to their body shape.<\/p>\n<p>In 2019, we had the opportunity to move to a much more spacious and refined environment in P\u00e9cs. Our workshop and salon on Makay Istv\u00e1n Road now span over 200 square meters, where we conduct our work and welcome clients. I am proud of my small team. Currently, alongside three tailor colleagues, my wife Petra supports my work, handling the paperwork, fabric orders, and client relations for our growing business.<\/p>\n<p>With our rapidly expanding clientele, we established a showroom in BUDAPEST in 2018.
